Dear colleagues,
Low AP may be observed in protein malnutrition, hypomagnesiaemia,
hypothyreoidism, and M. Wilson.
Always ask for skeletal/teeth malformations. In these cases, inherited
hypophospatasia may be the cause. We offer genetic testing in these cases.
