Dear Zooarchers,
I would like to remind you that there are only about two weeks left before the
deadline for casting your vote on the next ICAZ President and International
Committee. If you are an ICAZ member and have not voted yet you can still cast
your vote on-line at:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=5jiF1hxQgH6CNG5SA9avdQ_3d_3d
On a different but related issue I would also like to mention that many ICAZ
members will see their memberships expire by the end of this month. To
guarantee the proper functioning of the organisation it is essential that as
many members as possible will renew well on time. One of the positive outcomes
of prompt renewal is that we will be in a much better position to make plans
for supporting participation to the ICAZ conference in Paris.
May I also encourage those zooarchaeologists who are not already ICAZ members to
become so? It is a great way to feel part of the international
zooarchaeological community and if you are planning to go to Paris this will
guarantee you a substantial reduction on the conference fee.
People can renew or subscribe on-line or download the form and renew by mail.
See details on the membership section of the ICAZ webpage at:
http://www.alexandriaarchive.org/icaz/membership.html.
We would like to encourage you to renew for a full four years, as this allows
ICAZ to plan our financial future and reduces administrative burden. We accept
payment by check in US dollars, euro, and sterling. We can also accept payments
via PayPal.
If you have questions about your membership status, please e-mail Pam Crabtree
at [log in to unmask]
Cheers,
Umberto
