medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
A good general work on Architecture is Sir Bannister Fletcher's "A
History of Architecture," now in its 18th edition edited by J.C.
Palmes. It provides plans and illustrations of many Gothic churches
and includes a text that provides many details, and comparisons that
are very useful in understanding each structure and Gothic style in
general. Yrs, C.T.Ault
