It sounds like you are more interested in dramas than psychothrillers. Nevertheless, Iīd recommend two examples of the latter.
Gerald Karglīs Angst (based on a true story, told from the POV of the killer with a lot of voice over) and Pakulaīs Dream Lover (lots of dream sequences), because it seems to have been made with a lot of support and consultancy by medical staff (psychologists and the crew of a sleep laboratory.)
Additionally, Save the Green Planet which defies categorization.
