OK. You've been brking up the wrong tree :-) You are looking for consecration rites, which will be found in a *Pontifical* (used by a bishop) rather than a *Manual* (used by a priest). You are presumably already aware of the 'Benedictio crucis peregrinationis' on p.207 of:
H.A. Wilson, The Pontifical of Magdalen College, Oxford: With an appendix of extracts from other English mss of the twelfth century (London, 1910) Henry Bradshaw Society volume 39.
This is probably the nearest we have to a Sarum Pontifical. But all pontificals resemble and borrow from each other (Europe-wide).
