Dear colleagues,
the call for papers and abstracts for the 2010 ICAZ conference in Paris
is now closed. We received almost 800 proposals: this is a great success
for ICAZ and for our scientific community. The Organizing Committee
thanks you very much for such numerous and valuable contributions.
Before the end of December, the session organizer(s) in which you
submitted your paper/poster will tell you if (s)he/they accept(s) your
proposal as a poster or as an oral presentation.
If you want to do any modification to your abstract in the meantime,
please don’t send it to us, but to your session organizer. When the 2010
ICAZ site will be re-open, by late January/earlyFebruary, you will be
able to modify your submission.
It seems that we have not been very clear in our last email cocnerning
the number of paper/posters. In short, the guidelines tells:
"Nobody is allowed to present more than two papers or poster as a FIRST
author".
Those of you who have proposed three (or sometimes four) should withdraw
one (or two) of them, or modify the ranking of the authorship of one (or
two) of them, in such a way that thay will be first author for only two
papers. For this point, please, send these modifications at

Best regards,
The Organizing committee
