Dear Vladimir,
Thank you so much for your response and help. I still do not understand
how this script could be used to process other files since the trials
timing information is hardcoded in the script:
S.trl = [142978 143916 -234
150109 151047 -234...
....]
whereas in the other files these timings are going to be different (in
my case). So is there still a workaround for that? Maybe by using the
batch functionality? But then again, how can I insert the trial labels?

properly the first time; we were also aware of the similar problem in
the mailing list and that section in the manual,so apologies again.
