Those sound like interesting studies. Note the use of the term
"fissure fills" in the title of the article by Wright et al. That is
a far better description of sandstone dikes" or my informal term "sand
dikes" by avoiding the term dike altogether! How about "tectonic
fissure fills" and "impact fissure fills"?
