Dear Shal Hat,
I don't understand what you mean by choosing the Talairach
standard space atlas for registration. The only registration
templates that we provide are in MNI152 space. The atlas
tools that provide the Talairach *labels* do so with the coordinates
in MNI152 space. See the documentation on the atlases available
with FSL - it describes the Talairach atlas labels more fully.
As for the program - you can see things via FSLView, with the
atlas tools. See the documentation and tutorials on how this
works.
