Dear Zooarchers,
just to reiterate what Jim said. The Zoobook is a tool that was created in a
full spirit of collaboration - and in fact in consultation - with other
zooarchaeological bodies/tools such as Zooarch, BoneCommons and ICAZ. We are
all working towards improving the level of information exchange and sharing of
ideas. We offer a service and some tools but nobody is forced to use them.
Thanks therefore to Jim for his efforts but also to Deb who - with her perfectly
reasonable questions - has given us the opportunity to clarify the situation.
All the best,
Umberto
