I should add a corrective here, to say for myself... I usually address
myself in second or third person, confusing for other readers. (Like
living inside free indirect discourse?)
I see appropriation as asking political and critical questions or ideas
as to originality and novelty. How is it possible to make something new
or novel, like writing a novel. (Kant is the enemy you encounter.)
Bakhtin I am about to read again on dialogic sentences which may be an
answer to what I am attempting in photography.
