The IL 4000 gas analyser is for my money (well, the Trust's) the best on the market. They are introducing total bilirubin onto this analyser and cartridges should be available for next month. Can be run in micro sample mode as a single test or together with blood gas etc.New software enables password lockout and a requirement to take a user-defined competence test before passwords are renewed. Competence tests are a random selection from a panel of user defined questions. New software also enables users to have a defined separate foetal scalp sample for delivery suites.
