You have to search around a bit on the site to find the first motion
data, but there are some, for example if you click on:
'Earthquakes of Special Interest'
one of the earthquakes with first motion data is:
'09/04/2003 M3.9 near Berkeley, CA <eqw_03.09.04.html>'
You can probably find more.
