Dear Jeremy
that is an excellent idea - I have often suggested that the PhD Design archives are a gold mine for potential MA students. Many key concepts have had major coverage within the group. Organizing the comments, getting back to authors for follow-ups and editing etc. all could be the substance of very useful MAs and subsequent books.

since we seem to have many of the same sort of discussion in various
forms through time. perhaps it is time to formalize some of them into
a website, ebook or printed volume. something titled something like
'conversations on design, design thinking and design research' could
be compiled by formalizing several of the previous discussions,
clarifying issues, and doing the question/answer/follow up/ response/
follow up/response limiting each issue somewhat, though new questions
can be added later. people could pair off with interesting parties
and knock out their perspectives on an issue in 3-4 months, then we
could just compile them and publish them, perhaps sliding a few into
some special issues of a journal and putting the rest into some sort
of collection.
thoughts?
