The stats seem horrendous if you don't have a context, nor know what
mis-labelled means! It so gratifying to know that the media understand
complex issues and convey them so unambiguously!

Subject: Thousands of NHS samples 'mislabelled'
Dear Colleagues
We all know about mislabelled specimens but it is good to have an
external validation to show colleagues. DO not get too excited, I
circulated this around the Leeds Hospital consultants on Thursday last
week but not had a single reply!!
