From her dad, Louis I of Anjou, king of Hungary (a.k.a. Louis the Great). As I said, "of Anjou" is J.'s dynastic name. The earlier Angevin monarchs of Sicily through Giovanna I and all the Angevin monarchs of Hungary are often so designated. The founder of their house was Charles I of Anjou (youngest son of Louis VIII of France) who became count of Anjou in 1232, succeeding his brother Jean, and king of Sicily in 1266, succeeding Manfred (whom his troops had slain at the battle of Benevento). _Sed non ignota cano_.

You could take that up with the Republic of Poland, whose use of "Jadwiga of Anjou" is exemplified in this official, English-language website:

Though some might consider it cheeky to quibble with the Poles over the nomenclature of one of their queens.
Best again,
