Hi Kim,
Schmid (1972, 139-143) provides drawings of metapodiae and phalanges
of Castor, but not of the carpalia.
Wolff et al. (1980) give some criteria for the distinction of Rattus
norvegicus and Rattus rattus in postcranial elements, but not for
metapodiae.
