Motivation is a vital aspect of work. It produces and sustains incentive and drives our
behaviour. This course will enable participants to get the best out of themselves and
their staff by providing understanding, tools and strategies which will help motivate
themselves and others.
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
* Outline key motivation theories
* Identify personal motivators in ourselves and others
* Describe factors which influence motivation
* Demonstrate how to develop and maintain motivation in ourselves and others
The course will include:

* What motivates you?
* Understanding motivation in others
* Using motivation to enhance satisfaction and performance
* Goals, feedback and motivation
* Action planning for a motivated future
