Hi,
Yes, you are using quite an old version of FSL.
The latest version (4.1) was released in June 2008,
so you should definitely upgrade to the newer version
which has quite a few new features (like these).
You can always find out what version is available
by looking at:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl/whatsnew.html
