The Mobilemeet 2009 is only ten days away and there is still time to book.
As always, the mobilemeet offers excellent value for money staff
training and a unique opportunity to view first hand the latest in
library technology and service development in a working environment.
Speakers will give a UK and Australian perspective on the skills
required to engage with all community members.
The venue for this year’s Mobilemeet is Thurston Community College, in
rural Suffolk just outside the beautiful historic town of Bury St
Edmunds, where there are a wide range of hotels for overnight
accommodation and overnight parking for mobile libraries. The College is
a few minutes from the A14 with easy access from the A1, M11 and A12.
Mobiles and a driver attend free; delegate charge is £50+VAT. So if you
would like to take your mobile along or just attend as a delegate, email
