Hi Moran
It has been shown that a two points measurements (where each point is
averaged several times) leads to more accurate measures of the ADC
than multiple points with less averages.
(see e.g. Eis and Hoehn-Berkage JMR 95 / Jones et al. MRM 99).
Obviously, if you want to model multiple compartments with different
ADCs, or restriction etc., then you will need more than two bvalues,
but these models are not (yet) available in FSL.
