I do not think the question are silly, but I think that the problem
are that you always have to start with the user when solving problems.
In my teaching I use to talk about the 4 questions:
1 WHO; 2 WHAT; 3 WHY and then How!
The problem are that many companies start with HOW! and then go to WHO!
The result will than be that the user have to adapt him/her to the
product/service instead of the opposite!
