it's management we should talk to.

So would I. But maybe the chemists are working on artificial urine,
which might come with its own problems.
One consequence of the nasty tanning chemicals is that they cause some
people allergies. This shows up in intimate contact such as watch
straps. There are some non-allergenic leathers apparently, which
interest us from a research angle. A colleague on the Argentium
project is investigating these to be used with the silver alloy (which
appears to be inherently non-allergenic itself) to be aimed at
sensitive customers.
