ascout does not understand AST coordinate frames so a bit more work is
required to get it to do what you want. Using KAPPA SETAXIS with
MODE=WCS should copy the world coordinate values to the AXIS extension
understood by Figaro. If you are using velocity you'll also need to
call WCSATTRIB to change 'system(3)' to FREQ.
I've long wanted ndf2ascii to have a special mode in 1D to give you
the axis information (and allow ascii2ndf to read it back).
