Subject: RE: Statistician/ perinatal epidemiologist, maternity data linkage, at City University London, closing date now March 14
The closing date for applications has now been extended to Friday March 13. Details of the job are at http://www.city.ac.uk/jobs/job_ads/acad_research/KG12144.html
This two year post is funded by the Medical Research Council under the Joint Wellcome/ Research Council Patient data linkage initiative. The first part of the job will be dealing the technicalities of linkage between datasets. After that there will be opportunities to use the linked dataset for analyses. In particular, it will give a potential to explore inequalities and variations in maternity care and other questions which cannot be addresessed using the datasets individually.. For informal enquiries, my contact details are below, but I will not be available by phone until Monday.
