Hi Maureen,
I only use statistics in a basic way so I don't have an ideal solution,
however...
How many keys are there? If it's not too many, you could create a list
of them, view each one and keep a separate spreadsheet of their total
checkout. Then next month, the difference in total checkout will be this
month's figure.
Sorry it's a bit home-spun.
Best Regards,
Joan.

hello
I always struggle with the statistics in Millennium using the client.
Is it possible to get usage for specific items by month? We issue keys
to some rooms on millennium and I have been asked to find out how many
times each month each room has been used. I thought I could put the
item
record number in the query and look at checkouts within certain dates
by
month * but keeps coming up with nothing. As I have said, I have
never
really got to grips with statistics using the client mainly I usually
get what I want from web management. I will persevere if it is
possible
to get this information
Any help most welcome
Thanks!
Maureen
