Hi Maarten,
As others have mentioned, there are certainly some very large fold nappes in Norway and Greenland. We have calculated strike lengths of more than 75km along the Y axes of major curvilinear folds (Y being equivalent to minimum strike length in dip slip typically plane strain dominated systems) (see Scale invariant sheath folds ..... J. Struc. Geol. 29, 1585-1604 or check out homepage below).
