Dear Henry,
yes - I've seen copies on a few occasions. I've managed to get them
through the film library at the Danish Film Institute here in Denmark
(they don't have them in their own collection, though, but was on loan
from France) – as well as in second hand bookshops in Paris. Copies
also tend to show up on ebay once in a while, though not very often.
