Yes I do glutathione-S-transferase. I would recomend doing it in
tandem with gamma-GT and also the other enzymes associated with
glutathione recycling.
It's a very simple method and, given your antipodean location
(apparently), you might prefer to set it up there. If so I can share
the protocol with you. We do them on a Cobas Mira.
Alternatively, you can send me the sample, which is reasonably stable.
