The best I can come up with from Google is that in
'Reginald McKenna, 1863-1943: A Memoir' - by Stephen
McKenna, 1948 - Chapter 14 is called 'KID GLOVES AND
KNUCKLE-DUSTERS'.
But I haven't a copy to check the context.
