As far as I can tell (which isn't very far...) from my sources, the second prayer (the one which I didn't quote) in the Egbert Pontifical re-appears in the Durham Collectar [or Durham Ritual] (p.228 in Alicia Correa's edition, HBS 107) and in the Red Book of Darley (does anyone know of an edition of that?)
It might also be worth checking the Dunstan and Lanalet Pontificals, as they may derive from Egbert's.
