I haven't tried reducing these file individually yet, so I don't know if
it is the last one that caused the problem. Oracdr carried out the
initial processing of the 6 files OK, but when it got to the point of
the iterative processing on the group file, it fell over. I am going to
try the individual files again, but I have to wait for oracdr to finish
with the rest of the observations (there are 59 for this source). I'm
processing all of these 59 files 6 at a time, since the pipeline falls
over if I provide a .lis file with more than 6 files in it. I suspect it
will be tomorrow before I'm through with the rest of the files.
The final data products from the pipeline are looking really good, btw!
I should also point out that I am running a version of the pipeline
built by Brad, so it should be the latest version, and includes some GBS
QA stuff.
