Hi All,
I've tried using oracdr_acsis to reduce some harp data taken for the GBS
survey. For some files, before processing, I've used ndfcopy to reduce
the spectral channels in the time series, and chpix to get rid of bad
pixels. When I run these files through the pipeline, the spectral line
appears at about 50 km/s. When I run the raw files through the pipeline
(no bad pixels removed, etc), the line appears at 11km/s - where it is
expected.
For the trimmed and cleaned files, I carried out the trimming and
cleaning process several months ago, before the latest version of
starlink was installed. I therefore had to run a script in order to use
any starlink commands on the file, remove-ltoff, which removed the LTOff
attribute. Is this anything to do with the spectral line moving?
Do I now have to go through all of the raw data files again, chpix'ing
the bad detectors without first running the remove-ltoff command?
Cheers,
Jane
