Several Polish terms exist. Frequently, EBM is translated as mentioned by
you.
"Reliable" or "credible" medicine, "practice based on credible and current
publications" (R. Jaeschke), "medicine based on verified data", "evaluation
of medical studies" (this has Polish acronym EBM) are other alternatives.
