Aneta,
I've seen similar gray glass brains when results were generated on a Big or
Little Endian system and then viewed on the opposite hardware in SPM2. You
may have to look at the SPM2 result on a computer with the same Endian as
the architecture that created it. Otherwise, bytes could be unexpectedly
swapped. For example, my PC and Linux systems are opposites. This problem
does not occur with SPM5 results.

Subject: [SPM] infinite t values
We transferred spm2 data and analysis files to a different machine and we
changed paths using
volumes tool in the spm8 toolbox. When I try to view results in spm2 I get
large activation
clusters and infinite t and z values. I am attaching output figure. I was
wondering if anyone can
help to fix this problem?
Thanks,
Aneta
