This is a question that comes up again and again, and there is no
definitive answer to it (especially not knowing your imaging modality,
number of subjects etc.). The fact that the results look meangingful
does not make them meaningful, but it may be taken as encouragement to
search the spm list archives for clues regarding "small volume
correction", "SVC", "a priori hypothesis", "uncorrected p-values", or,
depending on your group size, "SNPM". I hope this helps,
