Further to James' enquiry, Devon too is interested in finding out more
about access points, or one-stop-shops as they are also known. Any
information, and any hints and tips on what works well and what pitfalls
to avoid will be most gratefully received!

Subject: Access Points
Hello All,
I am a new member from Worcestershire who has just joined. I have been
asked to find out any information about access points.
Do any of you out there have any joint use facilities? How are they
developing? How have you found them and have you any other access points
i.e. drop off points, collection points within other buildings?
I look forward to hearing from you all.
Many thanks,
James Rose
