Hi Everyone,
We noticed this same problem with off-campus Shibboleth access to Scopus
on Monday and I reported this to Elsevier straight away. After several emails
to and from the Elsevier helpdesk I received the following information
yesterday:
"You are not the only institution who has reported this issue, it seems to apply
to remote users - Shibboleth and perhaps Athens (or only Athens to
Shibboleth). A high priority issue has been raised with our engineers and I
hope the problem will be fixed soon. I am not able to provide you with the
timeline, but I will contact you again once I receive an update."
If anyone is also experiencing this problem from off-campus and hasn't
contacted the Scopus helpdesk [[log in to unmask]] it might be worth
sending a quick email to them in case this persuades them to give it a higher
priority.
Best wishes,
James.
