Hello Sarah,
I had a similar report yesterday afternoon from off campus. The user
could not see the results, only the search history. I am checking to see
if it was an isolated incicent.
Best wishes,
Dom

Subject: [LIS-E-RESOURCES] Problems with Scopus
Hello everyone,
Apologies for sending this to the list but I wonder if anyone can help.
We seem to be having problems with Scopus (via OpenAthens). Aside from
the fact that we are seeing a very unhelpful screen that says we do not
have access when we do, when we eventually get into Scopus, we just
cannot see our results. We run a search, get a link to the number of
results, but cannot actually bring up our list of results. This seems to
be only an off-campus problem and is causing a great deal of concern
among colleagues and users alike.
Is anyone else having any problems with Scopus? We're having a few
problems communicating the scale of the problem to Elsevier, and I was
just wondering if anyone seems to be experiencing these types of
problems?
Any help greatly appreciated - I'm rapidly reaching the end of my tether
with this one!
Best wishes,
Sarah
