Jayne, From what I understand SmartSM have to speak to Innovative as
they have
to extract data from the system and to automate the process I think they
would
have to have a job running on the Millenniun server. It would probably
be worth
speaking to Innovative yourself to see if they will allow this kind of
arrangement. I believe similar jobs have been set up for III users, who
use
Aquabrowser.
You could use Data Exchange to get the data out (I do a monthly extract
for
basic EBSM reporting), but I expect to run SmartSM properly this would
prove
time consuming and may not extract everything you require.
