Ah - yes, you need to set DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable to
either
/Applications/fslview.app/Contents/Frameworks
or
$FSLDIR/bin/fslview.app/Contents/Frameworks
Depending on whether you moved FSLView into /Applications or not.
