Hi Ian,
My understanding is that notices of all merger decisions are published
in the OJ C series. The full text (excluding sensitive business
information) is then published on the DG website and also on Eur-Lex
(see the notice at
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:C:2008:248:0002
:0002:EN:PDF for an example. A lot depends on how old the merger
decision is - for the earliest ones the most complete public information
was, as far as I know, in the press releases. That means that it is
necessary to look in both places - OJ for most recent information, DG
site for most complete.
Hope that's accurate and if not that someone can correct me!
Best wishes
Patrick

Apologies for cross-posting
Does anyone know a rationale for which merger cases are published in the
OJ/Eur-Lex? My understanding is that not all are. To put it another
way, in what circumstances is it necessary to search the merger cases
database on the DG Competition website?
Ian
