Dear all,
Despite discussion for several years, policy makers in the Netherlands
remain reluctant to introduce special lanes for carpools (high occupancy
vehicles) because of unclarity how such lanes can be enforced (i.e. how can
be made sure that people driving alone will not use these lanes).
Can anybody give me information on how this is dealt with in other
countries?
