i think that's the one (read in a much earlier translation) with the
marvelous
vignette of the Holy Man, while working in his cell on a manuscript
(interesting in and of itself) being approached by one of his monks, saying
"Bless this implement, Father, which I am holding."
C. did so, without looking up from his work, and only later found out that
it
was a knife which he had blessed.
from that time forward, that knife could not cut the flesh of any animal.
