Hi Maureen,
We've not experienced either of these problems - renew is
working fine on My Library. We're using Microsoft Steady State to lock
down our public webcats.
Best wishes,
Richard

Subject: Release 2007 and opac
We upgraded on Friday and have hit 2 problems which I have reported to
the HD. I have tried to see if other postings have mentioned them but
could not find any references
The first is that users cannot renew under My Account. No error messages
- screen refreshes but dates stay the same. If they actually should not
have been allowed to renew - they do not get the usual message telling
them why they cannot renew
We have dedicated opacs in our 3 libraries which have got
"publicbrowser" installed which ties down IE. Since our upgrade we are
getting a script error everytime we search/display a record or go into
MY account Our IT staff are seeing if they can set our opacs up with
Firefox but I wondered if your opacs were working with Release 2007 and
IE and what software you use to ensure your users stay within the
catalogue?
Regards
Maureen
