That just means it has not finished that slice at the next status update and
is normal. 24hrs on a single core is reasonable.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] bedpostx process
Dear FSL experts,
I try to run bedpostx in 3T Philip DTI data and when it process the slice
data,
it comes such as..
0 slices processed
2 slices processed
3 slices processed
5 slices processed
.
.
20 slices processed
20 slices processed
20 slices processed
some slices loss and some slices repeat process. I check the data folder but
all slices have data. Doe it means some slices repeat process ? because the
whole process take 26 hours. is it correct ?
thanks replay
