What do you mean, 'engage' with cultural institutions? To communicate
directly with them? To participate in an online activity, whether
that be searching an database, leaving comments or playing a game? Or
does engage mean searching for something such as 'Spitalfields' and
coming across the MoL work on it and exploring the data that's online?
