Is there anything in the definition that you have a problem
with ("Date that the resource was captured.") [2,3]? Or is
it just the comment, which could be seen as just a part of

But does "version" needs to be a sub-property of anything?
A property like accrualPeriodicity does not have any
super-properties.

However, cld:isLocatedAt [1] has a Domain of dcmitype:Collection.
I see http://www.agls.gov.au/agls/terms/availability gets a 404, though
I get a schema at http://www.agls.gov.au/agls/1.2/.
