"Film Architecture: From Metropolis to Blade Runner," ed. by Dietrich
Neumann, is a good place to start. It has a pretty decent appendix and
selected biblio of film/architecture texts.

Subject: Architecture and film
Dear Listmembers
I would like to explore the relation between architecture and film.
I would appreciate any help from you and any suggestions of theoretical
approaches (studies,
books, references, films, etc) concerning this disciplines.
With all good wishes,
Zeljka Pjesivac
