Richard - can I ask if your students can place holds on available items?

Hi Helen,
We set the holds threshold to be the same as the number of
items a patron is allowed to borrow. So,
Undergraduates 10
Taught postgrads 15
Research postgrads 20
Staff 30
Best wishes,
Richard

Subject: Reservation/hold limits
Hi all
We are considering changing our limits for reservations/holds. Can I
ask
you to let me know what your reservation/hold limit is ie how many
reservations/holds can students/staff request from your library stock?
If you reply to me personally I will summarise for the list.
Thanks
Helen
